OUR WINES
Our wines, red and white, are a reflection of the land in which they are made and of an artisanal way of understanding viticulture. Our wines are limited edition always below 4,000 bottles.
Our vineyard is located on a slope above the Miño, in the area of Belesar, Chantada. It occupies approximately two hectares of granite soil where we grow grapes characteristic of Galicia and the Ribeira Sacra, such as mencía, godello, treixadura, loureira or garnacha tintureira. At Lagar do Vento we have opted for low-yield viticulture, with a limited number of bunches per vine and a harvest done exclusively by hand. In this way we obtain a smaller quantity of wine, but of greater quality and personality.
We make it in the Roberto Regal winery, one of the most important oenologists in Galicia. Our vineyard is also a pioneer in regenerative and sustainable agriculture practices (know more).
